Job Description
AirTrunk is seeking a Data Centre Forensic Manager in Tokyo, Japan, to provide technical analysis and issue resolution for its data centers. The Data Centre Forensic Manager will report to Associate Vice President of Operations Advancement based in Sydney and be a member of the Operations Leadership team.
The role involves leading critical issue management, conducting root cause analysis, reviewing equipment performance, and validating data center performance against design intent.
Responsibilities:
- Owning forensic response to critical incidents.
- Driving a culture of continual improvement.
- Ensuring lessons are learnt through RCA’s and operational analytics.
- Reviewing equipment and system performance data to identify issues through trend analysis.
- Assisting in new market due diligence activities.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in electrical, mechanical, or controls engineering.
- Strong technical background in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Understanding of ITIL in data center building services management.
- Understanding of data centre operations and processes.
- Project management skills.
- Proficient interpersonal skills in both English and Japanese (JLPT N2+ equivalent).
