The E-commerce Marketplace Associate role at company involves managing e-commerce platforms, online store links, and pricing. The associate will manage user orders from pre-order to after-sales, aiming to enhance user experience and store performance. They will participate in planning and executing e-commerce activities, understanding traffic attributes and marketing projects, and assist in sales data analysis, inventory management, and product planning.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing e-commerce platform commodities.
  • Maintaining online store commodity links.
  • Updating commodity prices and registering for site activities.
  • Managing user orders from pre-order to after-sales.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of e-commerce activities.
  • Assisting in e-commerce sales data analysis and inventory management.
  • Monitoring the industry electricity store.

Requirements:

  • More than 1 year of e-commerce operation experience.
  • Experience with Tmall/Jingdong/Douyin store operations is preferred.
  • Experience participating in large-scale e-commerce marketing activities.
  • Understanding of brand marketing models.
  • Description and aesthetic ability.
  • Strong communication skills and English proficiency.
  • High sense of responsibility and strong learning ability.
