CASETiFY, a global lifestyle brand offering customizable tech accessories, is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Assistant to join their team in Hong Kong. This role involves resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with production and logistics, and monitoring customer feedback on social media.

The Customer Experience Assistant will be based in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong and will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer inquiries via email
  • Coordinating with the production and logistics departments
  • Daily monitoring of customer feedback across social networks
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects and tasks
  • Flexible working shift

CASETiFY requires candidates to have:

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Prior work experience in customer service is preferred
  • Passion and patience in helping customers with their difficulties
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese/Cantonese is a plus
  • Experience in the e-commerce and logistics industry is highly regarded
  • Proficiency in Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Social media experience and digital marketing skills are advantageous but not compulsory
