Assistant E-Commerce Marketplace Manager (Amazon) at CASETiFY

CASETiFY is seeking an Assistant E-commerce Marketplace Manager to oversee the operations of their eCommerce platform. The ideal candidate will manage and monitor daily operations, ensuring quality control and maintenance of the eCommerce marketplace. They will collaborate with internal and external teams, including system development and 3PLs, to implement marketplace strategies and listing optimization.

This role involves analyzing performance data to drive sales growth and meet targets, as well as assisting in new marketplace launch projects by working with external agencies and internal integration projects.The Assistant E-commerce Marketplace Manager will work closely with various internal and external parties, including system development team, fulfilment, 3PLs etc.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the daily operations of the eCommerce marketplace functions.
• Manage eCommerce marketplace quality control, assurance and maintenance.
• Define and implement marketplace strategy and listing optimization.
• Conduct analysis of performance using multiple data sources to drive sales growth and reach sales targets.
• Assist in new marketplace launch projects including working with external agencies and internal integration project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in eCommerce / Business or related disciplines.
• 4+ years hands-on experience in eCommerce and or Amazon account management.
• Solid knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, knowledge of tableau/SQL is a plus.
• Data-driven approach and adaptable to change.
• Good team player and able to develop overall team capabilities.
• Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work fast-paced working environment.
• Good command in English and Cantonese.
