CASETiFY is seeking an E-commerce Marketplace Assistant to join their expanding team in Shenzhen. This role is crucial for delivering top-tier engagement and products to CASETiFY 's growing community. The E-commerce Marketplace Assistant will handle Amazon order shipments, resolve logistic issues, manage product listing quality, assist in promotion and pricing, and monitor after-sales orders.

The E-commerce Marketplace Assistant will:

  • Handle Amazon order shipments on a regular basis.
  • Solve logistic issues and communicate with production, fulfillment, and warehouse teams.
  • Manage product listing quality control, assurance, and maintenance.
  • Assist in promotion and listing price set-up.
  • Be responsible for after-sales order monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in e-commerce, operation, business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Amazon operation.
  • Solid experience in handling more than 1000+ SKUs is preferable.
  • Amazon FBA & AWD fulfillment experience is a plus.
  • Willing to learn, detail-oriented with good reporting and communication skills.
  • Good command in written English and Chinese.
