CASETiFY is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager with Spanish-speaking capabilities, based in Hong Kong, to support the rapid expansion into Spanish-speaking markets. The ideal candidate should be entrepreneurial, creative, and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced setting. The role involves planning and executing marketing activities across various channels to boost brand exposure in Spain.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and implementing marketing activities across paid and organic digital channels, influencer marketing, email marketing, CRM, and PR.
- Leading 360 marketing campaigns including offline events
- Managing local performance marketing - SEM / Display / Social Ad / KOL etc
- Creating innovative and localized marketing campaigns aligning with global marketing directions.
- Managing a local KOL agency for influencer campaigns.
- Developing marketing metrics, goals, and KPIs for business results tracking.
- Tracking weekly/monthly/quarterly channel KPI targets for effective budget and resource management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal) and business-level English.
- Strategic problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
- Strong planning, analytical, and result-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Extensive knowledge of Spanish market trends and interest in pop culture (preferred).
