Job Description

CASETiFY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its location in Fukuoka, Japan. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including sales management, staff training and recruitment, and overall store management. CASETiFY is aiming to have 20 stores in Japan, and this role will be involved in training the next generation of store managers and versatile staff. This position offers opportunities to create new systems, launch new stores and leverage their background in management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of store management experience
  • Interest in fashion and trends
  • Empathy towards smartphone cases being part of lifestyle and fashion
  • Adaptability to speed and change
  • Basic English proficiency
