CASETiFY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Nagoya Parco store. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including sales management, staff training and recruitment, and overall store management. The company aims to expand to 20 stores in Japan, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop into a store manager and excel in various roles. This position offers the chance to work on new initiatives, participate in new store launches, and leverage your background in management.

Role Involves:

• Store management operations
• Staff recruitment and training (training, role-playing)
• Customer management
• Sales management and reporting
• Customer service and sales
• Accounting and wrapping
• Stock management
• VMD

Requirements:

• Experience in store management (3+ years is a guide)
• Enthusiasm for fashion and trends
• Ability to relate to smartphone cases as part of lifestyle and fashion
• Adaptability to speed and change
• Comfort with English (for internal documents and vocabulary)
