CASETiFY, a global tech accessories brand, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Tokyo area stores. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including sales management, staff training and recruitment, and overall team management.This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion, technology, and customer service. The company plans to open 20 stores in Japan and is looking for future store managers who can play multiple roles. This position also offers the chance to create new systems, launch new stores, and leverage your background in management.Responsibilities:

• Store management
• Staff recruitment and training (training, role-playing)
• Customer management
• Sales management and reporting
• Customer service
• Cashiering and gift wrapping
• Stock management
• Visual merchandising (VMD)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience
• Passion for fashion and trends
• Understanding of smartphone cases as a lifestyle and fashion accessory
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced changes
• Comfortable with English (reading internal documents and English terms)
