Retail Area Manager (JP) at CASETiFY

CASETiFY is seeking a Japan Retail Area Manager to lead and manage the development of retail stores and activations in the Japan region. The Retail Area Manager will build a highly motivated, success-driven team and productive work environment to support the expansion of CASETiFY’s offline presence.

The role is accountable for retail operations, development of retail teams, inventory compliance, visual merchandising and budgets. The Area Manager shall work closely with the Retail Manager and HQ business partners to set business objectives including financial targets, customer experience strategy, retention, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandise standards to ensure consistency and alignment with Company’s vision.

This role involves:

• Executing CASETiFY’s retail strategy.
• Monitoring sales performance and profitability.
• Leading and motivating store teams.
• Team building, coaching, and training.
• Optimizing retail operations.
• Overseeing inventory and merchandising plans.
• Implementing visual merchandising strategies.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in retail, with 2+ years in management.
• Experience in fashion, watch, technology, or accessories business preferred.
• Multi-store management experience is a MUST.
• Good understanding of retail market trends.
• Passionate about retail, technology, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
