CASETiFY is seeking a Sr. Retail Operations Associate to support retail operational functions, focusing on store development and goal achievement. The role involves planning and executing retail projects to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Extracting and consolidating weekly store sales data and reports.
- Maintaining and controlling store inventory, including placing stock orders.
- Planning and executing new collaboration launches at stores.
- Planning general and new opening store system setups.
- Supporting technical issues and inquiries from stores.
- Monitoring store operation status and providing improvement recommendations.
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal frameworks.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese, business level in English.
- 3+ years of experience in Retail Operations (Allocation, merchandising, logistics).
- Experience in project management, e-commerce or consumer products is preferred.
- Passionate about technology, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of optimizing resources.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
