Sr. Retail Operations Associate

Job Description

CASETiFY is seeking a Sr. Retail Operations Associate to support retail operational functions, focusing on store development and goal achievement. The role involves planning and executing retail projects to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Extracting and consolidating weekly store sales data and reports.
• Maintaining and controlling store inventory, including placing stock orders.
• Planning and executing new collaboration launches at stores.
• Planning general and new opening store system setups.
• Supporting technical issues and inquiries from stores.
• Monitoring store operation status and providing improvement recommendations.
• Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal frameworks.
• Assisting with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Japanese, business level in English.
• 3+ years of experience in Retail Operations (Allocation, merchandising, logistics).
• Experience in project management, e-commerce or consumer products is preferred.
• Passionate about technology, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of optimizing resources.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
