The Brand Representative will work in a fast-paced environment and must demonstrate excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Providing product demonstrations and explanations to customers.
- Processing customer transactions using the point of sale (POS) system.
- Assisting with stock management duties.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints and returns promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining a professional and polished appearance that aligns with the brand image.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the retail industry.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to actively listen to customer needs.
- Ability to multitask.
