Job Description

CASETiFY, a global lifestyle brand offering customized tech accessories, is seeking a Brand Representative in Seoul. The role involves delivering an exceptional in-store experience to customers. The Brand Representative will work in a fast-paced environment and must demonstrate excellent customer service and sales skills.

• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
• Providing product demonstrations and explanations to customers.
• Processing customer transactions using the point of sale (POS) system.
• Assisting with stock management duties.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints and returns promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining a professional and polished appearance that aligns with the brand image.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the retail industry.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to actively listen to customer needs.
• Ability to multitask.
