Job Description
Lucid is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for the Powertrain Development and Engineering (PDE) team. The role focuses on executing technical projects supporting the test and build of electric powertrain products.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and organize EV powertrain test and build requirements.
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis of high-value equipment.
  • Support project engineers with validated milestones aligned with timelines.
  • Align with facility updates and integrate with project schedules.
  • Perform and maintain continuous risk mitigation.
  • Collect technical and commercial variables for lab implementations.
  • Process change management due to development requirements.
  • Maintain a detailed library of technical documentation.
  • Devise strategic plans to optimize existing facility capabilities.
  • Develop and implement tools to optimize technical details sharing.
  • Determine resource requirements and potential impacts.
  • Evaluate workmanship of designers and contractors.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years experience with a bachelor’s degree or 6+ years with a master’s degree.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical & mechanical engineering fundamentals.
  • Ability to understand electrical & electronic schematics.
  • Exposure to automotive test equipment.
  • Exposure to AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
  • Experience working with facility planners and contractors.
  • Experience with planning tools for timelines, budget, risk management, etc.
  • Ability to develop and optimize equipment layouts.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to translate equipment specifications to facility capability.
