Job Description

The Store Manager role at Casetify in Seoul, South Korea involves managing the entire store team, focusing on sales, training, and operational efficiency. The role is responsible for guiding and motivating the store staff to drive sales and achieve meaningful outcomes. The Store Manager will build a strong store team for expansion in the Korean market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the whole store staff.
  • Coordinating with the Retail team and HR for hiring and onboarding.
  • Ensuring communication material for store staff.
  • Ensuring all store staff deliver Casetify’s core value to the customers.
  • Following up on ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience as a store manager.
  • +3 years in fashion, sports, watch, technology, or accessories business preferred.
  • Native Korean & Basic English is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Team player, motivator, organizer, outgoing and friendly.
  • Hardworking, self-motivated, and willing to work under pressure.
  • Willing to travel to each store on a regular basis.
