Quality Assurance Director at CASETiFY

CASETiFY is seeking a Quality Assurance Director to lead and manage all aspects of its quality function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role within a global manufacturing and distribution environment, ideally with experience in both hard goods and soft goods.

The Quality Assurance Director will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.

Role Involves:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive quality management system (QMS)
• Overseeing quality inspections and testing
• Managing customer complaints and returns
• Developing and maintaining quality metrics and reporting

• Regulatory Compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems (QMS) in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in managing supplier quality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
