(Senior) Quality Control Engineer at CASETiFY

A company is looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join their Product Development team. The Quality Control Engineer will ensure that consumer electronics products meet quality standards throughout development and production. This involves designing and implementing quality assurance protocols, testing procedures, and compliance checks. The candidate will collaborate with various teams to integrate quality processes and evaluate suppliers to resolve quality issues.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement quality assurance plans and programs for consumer electronics and mobile accessories products.
• Thoroughly test and evaluate electronic components and finished products.
• Identify product defects, conduct root cause analysis, and develop corrective and preventative actions.
• Maintain detailed records of quality tests, inspections, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with Product Creative, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to integrate quality processes.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in E&E, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• 3+ years experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace.
• Knowledge of production methodology and process.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Willing to travel to China when needed.
