Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Manager to act as the crucial interface between Powertrain Engineering and Vehicle Programs. This role is responsible for maintaining schedules and ensuring alignment between powertrain product roadmaps and vehicle programs. He/She will lead the engineering integration process for hi-voltage powertrain products, bringing together a cross-functional engineering team.
Role involves:
  • Leading the engineering integration process for HV powertrain products.
  • Being responsible for budget, timing, accomplishment of performance targets.
  • Developing and maintaining the product development timeline and resource requirements.
  • Driving key decisions that impact system delivery.
  • Owning the bill-of-materials delivered to vehicle general assembly.
  • Defining and implementing new processes to enable more efficient delivery of engineering projects.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of automotive engineering product development.
  • Strong technical understanding of high voltage powertrain systems and architectures.
  • Experience building and managing program management tools and processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience
