Digital Assets Business Development Manager

Flow Traders is seeking a driven and passionate Business Development Manager to join their team in New York. This individual will play a key role in growing the company's network in the digital assets space. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, quick-witted, and eager to take on new challenges.Flow Traders is looking for someone who can bring in new business prospects and directly impact income in an independent and proactive manner. Role involves:

• Identifying and engaging in new regional business and strategic partnerships across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
• Developing, assessing, and implementing regional business development strategies.
• Establishing and strengthening connections with key players in the digital asset ecosystem.
• Representing Flow Traders at conferences and other industry events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years relevant experience in the crypto ecosystem
• A large network of crypto native players
• Strong expertise in a specific sector of DeFi, GameFi, SocialFi, or Infrastructure
• Comprehensive understanding of the AMER digital asset landscape
• Enthusiasm and the capability to grasp the fundamentals of blockchain technologies, algorithmic trading, and liquidity provisioning
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• An entrepreneurial, solution driven mindset
