Job Description

Flow Traders seeks an Experienced Trader for their Amsterdam office. The role involves formulating quantitative and automated trading strategies, managing and optimizing intraday trading positions, focusing on technical improvements and automating daily processes, managing trading positions and ensuring accurate information capture, and identifying new opportunities and products that align with Flow Traders' growth strategy.

• Formulate quantitative and automated trading strategies
• Manage and optimize your intraday trading positions together with your team
• Focus on technical improvements on the desk while also automating various daily processes
• Manage trading positions and ensure essential information is captured accurately
• Identify new opportunities and products that align with Flow Traders growth strategy

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in market making, in-depth knowledge in trading Equity, Fixed Income, Digital Assets, or FX, a university degree preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields, excellent mental arithmetic and analytical skills, a competitive and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to deliver under pressure, and a distinct ability to spot arising opportunities and the assertiveness to seize them.
