Graduate Trader at Flow Traders

Flow Traders is seeking a highly motivated and competitive Graduate Trader to join its expanding Trading team in Hong Kong. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a leading proprietary trading firm known for its entrepreneurial and innovative culture.He/she will start with a comprehensive 3-month training program in Amsterdam. This program covers the core business, financial products, trading processes (including pricing strategies), and proprietary trading systems. It also includes trading simulations and quantitative classes led by Senior Traders and Quantitative Researchers.After the training, the Graduate Trader will be assigned to a trading desk based on their skills and interests and gradually take on more responsibilities, monitor markets, and make quick decisions to contribute to the desk's profitability.

• Participate in trading simulations
• Participate in quantitative classes hosted by our Senior Traders and Quantitative Researchers

• University degree in Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics
• Demonstrable interest in trading and global financial markets
• Understanding of financial products
• Proficiency in Excel, interest in IT systems, and affinity for development languages
• Ability to deliver under pressure
• Excellent mental arithmetic and analytical skills
