Diligent Robotics is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive product strategy and roadmap. This role requires establishing product processes, prioritizing tasks, and integrating feedback loops. The Principal Product Manager will report to the CEO and collaborate with Engineering, Hardware, Operations, Sales, and the Executive Leadership Team. This role is based in Austin, TX.

What this role involves:

  • Developing the product vision and roadmaps.
  • Prioritizing execution for Moxi's scale and reliability.
  • Driving alignment and execution with stakeholders.
  • Integrating customer feedback into roadmap deliverables.
  • Communicating technical objectives to the Engineering team.
  • Overseeing product planning, scoping, and execution.
  • Analyzing customer needs and market trends.
  • Leading and managing the Product team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Experience working at Startups and Enterprise/Public companies.
  • 2+ years of experience in the B2B product space.
  • 2+ years of experience managing Products with BOTH software and hardware components.
  • Experience managing B2B products for Healthcare clients.
  • Experience managing the entire Product lifecycle.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience developing a strategic product vision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
