Postman is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) to join its Growth Engineering team. This role is based in San Francisco, California. The Senior Software Engineer will focus on optimizing the user experience, particularly for new users, and driving measurable business impact through experimentation and iterative improvements.Postman is the world’s leading API platform, used by more than 40 million developers and 500,000 organizations. The company is investing in its Growth Engineering team to enhance the onboarding experience for developers and teams, guiding them to discover the full potential of Postman.What this role involves:

• Delivering improvements to the core product experience.
• Implementing small, measured changes that significantly impact end-users.
• Experimenting and identifying successful strategies through A/B testing.
• Owning end-to-end workflows and driving measurable improvements.
• Collaborating with users to understand their workflows and improve the product.

Requirements:

• At least 7+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack projects.
• A track record of delivering impactful user experiences.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented approach.
• Analytical skills and experience with analytics tools.
• Customer obsession.
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
