Postman is seeking a Manager of Account Development in Australia to build and scale the company's presence in the region. The ideal candidate will recruit, coach, and lead a team of Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to uncover new business opportunities and create a strong pipeline for the sales team. This role involves collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to drive the go-to-market strategy and establish a culture of sales excellence.
- Recruiting, training, and developing a team of Account Development Representatives in Australia.

- 1–3 years of experience managing ADR/SDR/BDR sales teams in a SaaS environment.
- Experience creating and iterating sales development processes.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating technology stacks, including Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
