Postman is looking for an SMB Account Executive to manage a territory of accounts across the DACH region. The Account Executive will build strategies to manage target accounts and work new inbound leads, understand how customers are using Postman, and introduce them to the Enterprise Suite. This role requires someone passionate and energetic to scale Postman's fast-growing business. The ideal candidate has driven sales growth at Technical SaaS companies.
The Role Involves:
- Building a credible funnel for Postman Enterprise adoption
- Taking ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Building a strategic outbound motion for your territory
- Converting inbound leads to closed opportunities
- Executing a land and expand sales strategy
- Educating customers on the value of Postman
- Navigating key decision makers
- Leveraging data to understand customers
- Collaborating with Postman teammates for customer success
- Providing recommendations based on customers’ business needs and usage patterns
Requirements:
- Proven negotiation and closing skills
- Relevant sales experience in an Enterprise SaaS organization
- Experience selling to developers and/or technical products
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop senior level relationships
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities
- Fluent in German and English
