A premier international law firm, Sterlington, is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel specializing in Executive Compensation to join their corporate team. The firm caters to private clients, private capital, senior executives, founders, HNWIs, and family offices, offering a holistic approach to their legal and business needs. The role involves working closely with a leading executive compensation partner, advising Founders, CEOs, and management teams on executive compensation matters, particularly in the context of transformative corporate events and sensitive situations. The Role Involves:

  • Working with a leading executive compensation partner.

  • Handling such issues arise in the context of transformative corporate events and sensitive situations.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Executive compensation at an AM Law 50 firm.
