Bitpanda is seeking a Solution Engineer to drive growth across the DACH markets. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English and will serve as a technical expert and strategic advisor to prospective clients. This role involves collaborating with sales teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations.
- Architecting customized solutions that align with client specifications.
- Leading technical contributions to RFP/RFI responses and other sales documentation.
- Maintaining expertise in Bitpanda’s platform and digital asset ecosystem.
- Serving as the primary technical liaison for prospective clients.
- Sharing insights from client engagements with product and engineering teams.
- At least 5 years in presales, solutions engineering, or a related role within fintech, banking, or digital assets.
- Fluency in German and English.
- In-depth understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and digital asset management.
- Strong client-facing skills with a consultative, problem-solving approach.
- Ability to support high-level sales discussions.
- Proven ability to assess client needs and recommend effective solutions.
- Willingness to travel within Europe and abroad.
