Director, Corporate Communications at Bitpanda

Bitpanda is seeking a Director of Corporate Communications to elevate its brand in the financial innovation space. The Director will be responsible for shaping and managing the company's global commercial reputation, demonstrating its role in revolutionizing the future of finance through disruptive technology.

The Director will oversee multiple functions, including PR and corporate communications, collaborating with a team to share company news, amplify its voice, and make a significant impact in the fintech industry.

What this role involves:

• Building, owning, and implementing Bitpanda’s global communications strategy across PR and corporate communications.
• Developing, leading, and mentoring the global communications team across key markets.
• Creating and implementing impactful communication plans and initiatives, reporting performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting multiple executives with communication needs, including key messages, presentations, and speaking arrangements.
• Identifying new communication angles and contributing innovative ideas to reach users through earned media and multiple communication channels.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in corporate communications and public relations within a fast-paced B2C (fin)tech or trading company.
• Experience in building and leading effective communications teams across various regions.
• Exquisite copywriting, editing, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to a rapidly growing global business.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal); German proficiency is an advantage.
