Bitpanda, founded in Vienna, Austria, is seeking a Crypto Fraud Investigation Specialist. This role involves monitoring and investigating online transactions for fraud, scam, and money laundering patterns to mitigate suspicious behavior. Responsibilities:
- Investigate banking, credit card, and crypto transactions.
- Take ownership of Fraud/Scam investigations.
- Provide input and feedback for system and process improvements.
- Grant operational internal & external support.
- Create ad hoc reports on fraud groups and scenarios.
Requirements:
- Passionate about fraud prevention.
- Experience in fraud prevention in a cryptocurrency/Fintech company.
- Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
- Flexible to work various shift patterns, including weekends.
- Proficiency in Chainalysis; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
