Customer Support Agent at Bitpanda

Bitpanda, founded in Vienna, Austria, in 2014, is seeking a Customer Support Agent to join their Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be the voice and face of Bitpanda, providing exceptional customer service and building trust and loyalty with customers.

The Customer Support Agent will work alongside passionate professionals, providing a world-class service to Bitpanda’s customers.

Role Involves:

• Providing world-class customer service via ticketing system and live chat.
• Delivering company and team targets through strategic planning and collaboration.
• Identifying key product and feature requests from user feedback.
• Collaborating with other departments to increase customer satisfaction and NPS.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience within Customer Care, Support, or Sales.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
• Passion for investing and keen interest in global financial markets (plus).
• Flexibility and adaptability to work different shift patterns and weekends.
• Experience with Customer Care systems i.e. Zendesk (desirable).
