Bitpanda, founded in Vienna, Austria, is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to support its Legal Team. The candidate will assist in corporate development, regulatory compliance, and the establishment of new products and business models, contributing to Bitpanda's international operations.
The Associate Legal Counsel will report to Bitpanda’s Legal Team.
Role Involves:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
- Assisting in regulatory matters and financial services regulation, including MiCAR and MiFID2.
- Providing legal support on token projects, financial instruments, commercial partnerships, marketing compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Conducting legal research and preparing risk assessments.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- A law degree from an Austrian, German, or Swiss university.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in an international law firm or in-house legal team.
- Strong interest in fintech, digital assets, and financial markets.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
