Bitpanda is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape its B2B white label product portfolio within BTS. The Senior Product Manager will drive the evolution of Bitpanda's solutions, shaping the future of investing for millions globally. He will support product strategy, build roadmaps, and manage feature development. The role requires writing business plans, managing cross-department initiatives, and providing data-driven insights.Responsibilities:
- Support the product strategy defined together with Product and Tech Leads, build the roadmap and independently manage feature development cycles
- Write business plans/ product specifications for larger features including defining problems, identifying opportunities and target users
- Manage cross-department and cross-solution initiatives to ensure their successful delivery. Identify stakeholders and dependencies, solve complex problems and reduce product risks.
- Engage in research and data analysis to provide insights and recommendations to your team and peers.
- 6+ years of Product Management roles in a FinTech or Banking environment
- Proven communication skills, proactive, easy to approach attitude, ideally working in a fast-paced/start-up environment
- Ability to lead and inspire teams effectively and provide guidance in ambiguous situations
- Experience building solutions for B2B customers and managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Collaborative problem solver who enjoys brainstorming with engineers to develop solutions that address multiple constraints
- Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
