Bitpanda is seeking a Senior Associate to enhance its Securities Platform. The candidate will own and optimize post-trade operations, improve efficiency using automation, and oversee risk management for the securities platform encompassing Stocks, ETFs, and other financial instruments.This role involves:
- Implementing and optimizing workflows.
- Driving automation initiatives.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Compliance, and Product teams.
- Acting as the key contact for external partners.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in settlement, reconciliation, or post-trade operations.
- A deep understanding of securities and banking processes.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Ability to translate complex operations into actionable solutions.
- A hybrid-working model with 60 work-from-anywhere days.
