Sr. Technical Project Manager, Restraints and Safety Electronics

Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Manager for their Restraints and Safety Electronics Engineering team. This role is based in Newark, CA. The ideal candidate will manage development timing with suppliers, track part number maturity and costs, and support system integration/validation testing.

The role involves:

• Working with suppliers to manage development timing.
• Being responsible for the Planning BOM.
• Supporting the engineering team on system integration/validation testing.
• Managing parts procurement and logistics.
• Developing comprehensive project plans.
• Identifying and managing risks and issues.
• Maintaining dashboards and metrics.
• Documenting best practices and lessons learned.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 2+ years of related automotive industry experience and LEAN manufacturing.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Experience in using project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
