Job Description
Bitpanda is seeking a Senior iOS Developer to join their team in Barcelona, Spain. The company's mission is to simplify wealth creation, offering a user-friendly platform for investing in cryptocurrencies, stocks, and other assets. The Senior iOS Developer will be responsible for the development of the native iOS app as part of a cross-functional team. They will focus on both feature development and non-functional requirements such as performance, quality, and scalability.
What this role involves:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced features for the iOS platform.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth, user-centric trading experience.
- Ensuring code quality through extensive testing.
- Owning and enhancing the app by addressing bugs, monitoring performance, and implementing improvements.
- Staying updated on development trends and integrating new techniques and tools.
Requirements:
- Passionate about mobile platforms.
- Proficient in Swift with strong knowledge of iOS best practices, software architecture patterns, UIKit, and SwiftUI.
- Experienced in building, testing, and refining mobile applications.
- Strong UI/UX & design orientation.
- Takes ownership of work and proactively enhances and adds value.
