Bitpanda is seeking a Specialist, Securities Platform to play a key role in overseeing and optimizing brokerage operations. The role involves working at the intersection of finance and technology, ensuring seamless trade execution, order monitoring, and regulatory compliance. The Specialist will enhance processes for Stocks, ETFs and other financial instruments.
- Develop tools and dashboards to monitor and manage the full trade lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless execution across trading venues.
- Create and document trade flow analysis and business requirements.
- Develop and refine mistrade controls, implementing robust frameworks to identify and address trading errors.
- Proactively monitor executed trades for potential anomalies, ensuring timely resolutions and adherence to industry best practices.
- Support regulatory compliance efforts by monitoring and investigating market activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Around two years of experience in financial operations, trading support, or a related role within a MiFIR/MiFID-regulated environment.
- A strong understanding of order management, trade execution, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with trading and technology systems to analyze order flows, identify anomalies, and optimize processes.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail to navigate complex financial operations with precision.
