Senior Digital Product Analyst at Easygo Gaming

Easygo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Analyst to join their Business Intelligence Team, working closely with Product and Creative teams. The analyst will leverage web-based experience and the Google Analytics stack to analyze customer behavior and journeys. They will become the Google Analytics 4 (GA4) SME and apply statistical skills with Heatmap and Product Analytics tools to increase data-informed decision making.

Easygo is a prominent service provider to brands within the iGaming industry, including Stake.com, Kick.com, and Twist Gaming. The company is headquartered in Melbourne and has a workforce of 450+ employees.

The Senior Digital Product Analyst role involves:

• Partnering with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and define research priorities.
• Overseeing the design and execution of ad hoc qualitative and quantitative research projects.
• Utilizing tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Tableau, and Looker Studio to develop and maintain actionable reporting frameworks.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting data quality issues in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Analyzing user lifecycle, product lifecycle, customer funnels, retention rates, and lifetime value (LTV).
• Managing and maintaining data on platforms such as Google Cloud, Mixpanel, and Hotjar.
• Creating visually compelling reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.

Requirements for the role include:

• 4+ years of experience in a data analytics or digital insights role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Analytics, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or similar environments.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools.
• Proficiency in GA4, Mixpanel, and Hotjar or similar tools for digital analytics.
• Skilled in data visualisation using Tableau or Looker Studio.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
