Responsible Gaming Analyst - Portuguese Speaking at Easygo Gaming

Easygo is seeking a Responsible Gaming Analyst to join their team in Melbourne, Australia. Easygo is the parent company to a powerhouse of brands within the iGaming industry, including Stake.com, Kick.com and Twist Gaming. In this role, the analyst will be responsible for analysing player data to detect signs of risky behaviour and ensure that measures are in place to support responsible gaming. They will monitor player activity, review cases, and escalate concerns as necessary, working closely with internal teams to implement responsible gaming procedures and ensure compliance.

Role Involves:

• Conducting risk reviews to identify problem gambling markers of harm
• Conducting high risk telephonic calls to customers experiencing effects of gambling harms
• Handling escalations pertaining to responsible gambling from relevant stakeholders
• Collaborating with AML & Account Management teams to ensure due diligence
• Operating in an environment that requires 24/7 coverage (shift work required)
• Conducting responsible gambling translations on an ad hoc basis

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Portuguese, both verbally and in writing
• 6+ months of experience in compliance, risk analysis, or responsible gaming
• Strong data-interpretation skills
• Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
• Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
• Proficient with Google Suite, Slack, Jira
