Easygo is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Spanish speaking team in Melbourne, Australia. This role involves providing exceptional service and personalized attention to online casino players through chat, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. The representative will maintain customer data, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
  • Maintain customer data.
  • Provide feedback for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Excelled in customer-facing roles.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge on company policies to accurately assist customers
  • Australian work rights are preferred.
