- Liaising with Head of Ops Latam and Country Manager to set strategic goals.
- Planning and monitoring daily business operations for smooth progress.
- Coordinating, evaluating, and improving business procedures.
- Overseeing and refining customer support processes.
- Revising and implementing policies.
- Managing relationships with external partners/vendors.
- Evaluating overall performance through data analysis.
- Ensuring regulatory and legal compliance.
- Proven experience as Operations Manager or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines.
- Knowledge of regulatory procedures in Colombia & Perú.
- In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Familiarity with MS Office and G-Suite applications.
