Easygo is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in Portuguese to join their team in Melbourne. As the exclusive service provider to brands like Stake.com, Kick.com, and Twist Gaming, Easygo offers a dynamic and growing work environment. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service and personalized attention to online casino players via chat, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues.

Role involves:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner via chat.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints, offering solutions.
  • Maintaining customer data and communicating effectively with internal teams.
  • Continuously striving to improve the customer experience.
  • Responding to customer inquiries in both English and Portuguese

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster (including potential public holidays).
