Easygo is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its Performance Engineering team in Belgrade. This role involves contributing to a center of excellence focused on performance tuning and capacity management within Easygo's engineering organization.

The DevOps Engineer will collaborate with teams across Australia and the US, addressing immediate performance concerns and anticipating future demands to maintain high standards of performance and reliability for Easygo's global user base. The role will report to Easygo.

Role Involves:

  • Help establish and lead the EasyGo Performance Engineering team.
  • Architect and design highly scalable, high-performance distributed architecture and robust cloud infrastructure.
  • Conduct capacity planning and performance forecasting.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Create and deploy automation tools and scripts to enhance the existing CI/CD.
  • Offer technical leadership by guiding and mentoring other engineers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 6+ years as a CloudOps/DevOps Architect, Engineer or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), container orchestration, infrastructure as code, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues.
