Easygo is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to join their Design Systems Team in Melbourne, Australia. This role involves building and maintaining a robust component library that works seamlessly across various web and native platforms. The Design System Team will serve as the vital link between design and engineering departments, ensuring user experience quality, consistency, and high efficiency.

The Frontend Software Engineer will design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions, optimize existing systems, and actively engage in hands-on coding. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership to junior engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable software solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Javascript, Typescript).
• Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven track record of building design systems and user interfaces.
• Experience with Javascript frameworks such as Svelte, React
