Software Development Engineer (Mid Level) - Sydney at Easygo Gaming

Easygo is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join their team in Sydney, Australia. Easygo is a prominent service provider that stands as a prominent service provider to a powerhouse of brands within the iGaming industry, including Stake.com, Kick.com and Twist Gaming. The Software Development Engineer will be responsible for the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software solutions and optimization of existing systems.

The role involves:

• Designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
• Optimizing systems for performance and reliability.
• Hands-on coding and development.
• Leading medium-sized projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience with Node.js, GraphQL, Docker, Cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with Database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Elasticsearch.
• Experience with Messaging systems such as NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.
• Experience with Monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Datadog)
• Good understanding of code architecture and design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
