Compliance Coordinator at Easygo Gaming

KICK, headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join their Trust and Safety team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the platform remains safe and trusted for its global audience. The Compliance Coordinator will focus on strengthening regulatory compliance and platform integrity, contributing to policy development, process improvement, and the maintenance of compliance standards.

Role Involves:

• Develop and maintain trust and safety policies.
• Improve workflows, moderation efficiency, and response times.
• Track incidents, enforcement actions, and prepare compliance reports.
• Identify and mitigate risks such as harmful content, fraud, and policy violations.
• Ensure platform policies align with laws on safety, data protection, and moderation.
• Manage privacy enquiries, complaints, and data access requests.
• Analyse trends to refine policies and enforcement strategies.
• Undertake reporting of platform activity to implement a data driven approach to safety practices.
• Develop strategies for improving technology assisted safety operations.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Communications, Law, Criminology, Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• 1+ years in trust & safety, content moderation, compliance, or risk management.
• Ability to use data analysis tools to interpret trends, incidents, and moderation effectiveness.
• Knowledge of platform policies, content moderation, and relevant online safety and data protection regulations
• Live-streaming knowledge
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom
