IT Audit Manager at Easygo Gaming

Easygo, the parent company to a powerhouse of brands within the iGaming industry is seeking an IT Audit Manager to join their dynamic team. This role, based in Melbourne, Australia, will initially start as an individual contributor, helping to build out the IT Internal Audit function with support from the Head of Internal Audit. The IT Audit Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the company's data analytics strategy, which will be central to the organisation's audit function.

Role responsibilities include:

• Shape the IT audit framework by planning and scoping audits, including data analysis and risk assessments.
• Drive IT audit execution by developing test plans and assessing internal controls to ensure compliance and identify discrepancies.
• Deliver impactful insights through comprehensive reports and actionable recommendations to improve controls and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate for continuous improvement by working with stakeholders to align audit strategies and enhance processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in IT internal audit, ideally in a fast-growing or regulated industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute audit plans, focusing on ITGC and asset management.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related field.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align audit strategies with company objectives.
• A passion for emerging technologies and a proactive approach to audit challenges.
