Legal Counsel at Easygo Gaming

Easygo is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team in Melbourne, Australia. The Legal Counsel will play a crucial role in shaping the regulatory and commercial framework of the crypto and gaming industry, working closely with the Senior Legal Counsel to provide expert legal support across multiple jurisdictions, specifically for Stake and KICK.

• Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
• Providing legal support on corporate and commercial matters, balancing risk with business objectives.
• Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
• Supporting risk management initiatives and strategic decision-making.
• Gaining exposure to cutting-edge legal issues in global markets where regulations are still developing.

The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of corporate and commercial law experience, with at least 1 year in private practice. They should also have the following:

• Strong experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and ensuring compliance with legal and business requirements.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Business acumen and the ability to provide commercially sound legal advice.
• A keen interest in innovation and the intersection of law, crypto, and gaming.
