Responsible Gaming Analyst at Easygo Gaming

A well-established tech startup is seeking a Responsible Gaming Analyst to ensure licensees adhere to responsible gambling policies. The analyst will play a crucial role in fulfilling operator duty of care obligations. This role demands an innovative individual who can conduct behavioral risk reviews, educate customers on responsible gambling tools, and proactively mitigate gambling harm risks.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting behavioral risk reviews to identify problem gambling markers.
• Communicating with customers experiencing gambling harms via telephone.
• Handling escalations and queries related to responsible gambling from stakeholders.
• Collaborating with AML & Account Management teams for due diligence.
• Operating in a 24/7 shift environment.
• Performing responsible gambling translations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in compliance, risk analysis, or responsible gaming.
• Experience in LATAM iGaming markets is advantageous.
• Ability to read and write in English and Portuguese.
• Experience dealing with customers via call, email, SMS.
• Experience dealing with vulnerable individuals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience handling sensitive customer information.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is advantageous.
