Easygo is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their legal team in Melbourne, Australia. The Senior Legal Counsel will play a pivotal role in shaping the regulatory and commercial framework within the rapidly evolving crypto and gaming industry. He/She will work across multiple jurisdictions, navigating complex legal challenges, shaping company strategy, ensuring compliance, and establishing best-in-class legal practices.
- Role involves:
- Providing expert legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
- Supporting high-stakes transactions, regulatory compliance and risk management initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal teams and senior leadership to craft legal strategies.
- Gaining exposure to cutting-edge legal matters in global markets.
- Requirements:
- 6+ years' experience in corporate and commercial law, with at least 2 years in private practice.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong business acumen.
- A passion for innovation and an interest in the intersection of law, crypto and gaming.
