Easygo is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their Legal team in Melbourne, Australia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the legal future of the company within the technology and digital entertainment sectors. This role involves navigating high-stakes, cross-border matters and influencing the strategy and risk posture of prominent digital brands.Responsibilities include:

• Leading legal initiatives across corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advising on major transactions, high-risk projects, and strategic business moves.
• Partnering with senior leaders to develop legal strategies for sustainable business growth.
• Influencing legal frameworks in crypto, SaaS, and gaming.
• Building internal credibility as a trusted advisor.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of corporate and commercial legal experience (private practice and in-house).
• Qualified to practice law in Australia.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, and legal risk management.
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Genuine interest in emerging industries (crypto, gaming, digital entertainment).
