Affiliate Manager at Easygo Gaming

Easygo is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to lead a team of 5 Affiliate Coordinators and shape the affiliate strategy. This role is within the Marketing team and involves driving growth and success of the affiliate program.

Role involves:

• Leading the affiliate team to achieve business objectives.
• Identifying team expansion opportunities and proposing hiring needs.
• Developing clear processes for cross-departmental collaboration.
• Breaking down goals into actionable tasks and ensuring efficient workload distribution.
• Tracking team member contributions and providing feedback.
• Building relationships with affiliates to drive traffic and customer acquisition.
• Ensuring timely reporting on team progress and campaign performance.
• Continuously refining internal workflows to improve efficiency.
• Handling day-to-day engagement with partners and affiliates.
• Analyzing affiliate marketing campaigns and traffic sources.
• Staying informed about industry trends and competitor programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong background in analyzing campaign performance and optimizing KPIs.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Strong leadership and data analysis skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (advantageous).
• Experience working in competitive industries like crypto and iGaming (advantageous).
