The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator will foster and manage relationships with partners, serving as a crucial link between the company and the affiliate network. This involves identifying, recruiting, and collaborating with affiliates in the CIS region to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue.

What this role involves:

• Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliate partners.
• Monitoring and evaluating affiliate performance against KPIs.
• Handling day-to-day engagement and communication with affiliate partners.
• Analyzing affiliate marketing campaigns and traffic sources to identify improvements.
• Collaborating with marketing teams to provide affiliates with marketing materials.
• Educating affiliates on products, services, and promotional offers.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in crypto, online gaming, and affiliate marketing.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in marketing, ideally affiliate marketing in online industries.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and spoken Russian is essential.
• Proficiency in data analysis and analytical tools for monitoring affiliate performance.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A good understanding of marketing principles and strategies in digital and affiliate marketing.
• Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and find creative solutions.
